All orders are processed and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.
## Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during:
- Holidays
- New product drops
- High order volume periods
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
## Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Typical estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
## Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
He Saves is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at:

## Delayed or Lost Packages
He Saves is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Customs
- High shipping volume

## Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
## International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
